We will focus on health factors through discussions, theoryand practice including; Qi Gong, self & partner massage, acupressure andmore. Birgitta Larsson, Lic Nurse and Acupuncturist, will share her knowhowfrom her 30 years of clinical work dealing with stress, exhaustion and pain. Wewill meet four times at the Yakushi Center as a nice small group.Join us and expand your knowledge!

Foot Massage: A Two-Part Session

Thursday, 12 May, 10:00 AM –12:30 PM

AND Thursday, 19 May, 10:00 AM– 12:00 PM

Learn why feet are important to your overall wellbeing and a great

tool for relaxation. We will focus on the feet and lower leg. Birgitta

Larsson will lead this two-day session. There will be a 30-minute

talk and then demonstration and practice of acupressure points,

relaxation massage, and foot and toe exercises. We will work in

pairs. For the full benefit of this session, you should attend both

days. The full fee will be collected on the first day.

Place: Meet at the Yakushi Center, Ngõ 28 House #6, Xuân Diệu,

Tây Hồ (opposite the Sheraton Hotel sign)

Att ständigt vara igång utan att ha perioder med återhämtning gör att kroppen - knoppen kommer upp i för höga varv. Stressystemets gas dominerar - vi glömmer "tomgångsvarvet" "bromsen" och stressymtom och koncentrationssvårigheter blir vardag. Med insikt och träning kan vi behålla lugnet även i stressiga situationer eller då vi behöver gasa på.
